We can set max of 3 anchors for 1 target so the total probability will be 27 in total.
In the above Image the combination is of 9 and in such a way we can make 18 more combinations by changing the Strict, Fuzzy and Image. So the total of 27 combinations will be coming. So, the answer is 27
