Taking screenshot entire screen workis in my pc, but not in virtual machine

Hello all,

I am facing an issue related that I need to do a screenshot of whole screen (website + bottom toolbar) to demonstrate in which our the screenshot was taken.

In my pc is working perfectly, but in the virtual machine it is just doing the screenshot of website, but the bottom toolbar doesnt appear. The toolbar is blocked in both pc and VM.

Do you know why is this happening?

Hey @Nithinkrishna,

I already found the issue. The virtual machine I am using has a different resolution than my pc. I had to change the right and bottom sides of clipping region from taking screenshot activity!

Cool or the best way is to set the same resolution width in your orchestrator robot settings !
