Take a screen shot of the portion of a screen and save it into a variable?

Can i take a screen capture a portion of the screen and put it into a variable? i don’t need to save the screen shot cause it will be a hundred? is it possible?

@Tammy1998, you can save the screenshot with the same name, it will always overwrite & replace the old one so you will always have one screenshot on the folder.
