Tag on Profile picture

I have 05 super-badges in the achievement list, however it is not showing on my profile picture.
I can see most of the profile pictures are having tags with it…
Is there any setting that I have to do ?

Thank you for your response…I have completed all levels but send for foundation level now and it is not allowing me to send for advance as message showing wait for next 23 hours.
