System.Exception: Error opening workbook. Make sure Excel is installed

Hi all,
I get the error below running the “Excel application scope” from Studio Community Edition 2.9.3 on
Windows 10 64bit Office 365 32 bit

I have already done this attempts:
unistalled/installed Office 365 64 bit
unistalled/installed Office 365 32 bit
unistalled/installed UiPath Studio 2.9.3
unistalled/installed UiPath.Excel.Activities package
cleaned the register

Previously functioning

The CLSID 00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046 does not exists in \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib

An ExceptionDetail,
likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true,
whose value is:
System.Exception: Error opening workbook. Make sure Excel is installed. ----> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
