System.Exception: A task was canceled

The jobs on the Orchestrator sometimes are canceled or disappeared unexpectedly.
I received several mails a day saying that the connected robots are being unresponsive. Could this possibly causes the error occurred on the Orchestrator? Or have anyone have seen the similar issues?

I also would like to know is there any way I can get more information about how the robots work on the Orchestrator or even monitor the state of each robot.

Hi ,

It may be due to port block.
Same thing happened with me - when i was trying to connect using office wifi.
Please try to connect with different network.

It may solve your problem.

Your response is amazing. I connected my robot to orchestrator by using my personal hotspot but my building wifi
