Switching from Enterprise license to Community License

Hi All,

I have been using Enterprise Edition until it has expired and, unfortunately, it is not possible to switch from Enterprise to Community Edition, since it is necessary to contact support and ask them to delete my computer id from your central database.

Since there is no support for community license, could you suggest me somebody to contact?

I have the same issue, but the “submit” button in Contact Licensing Queries & Activations web page is grey，cannot been click to send. I had tried Chrome/IE/Edge browser. Is there any other way to fix the problem?
