Switch Tenant button missing in Assistant

Hello everyone,

This morning my Assistant got disconnected from Orchestrator. When signed in again, I just noticed that the button that let me switch between Tenants had just disappeared.

I mean the button that appears on the following image (taken from Docs) with the text “MainTenant”. After clicking that button, a dropbox menu was shown with all my Tenants, letting me switch from one tenant to another easily.

After the log in, the button isn’t there anymore:

I now that I can logout and log in again and then choose the Tenant, but it takes more time and it’s not as easy as the button.

What happened? Is it possible to take that button back?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Vicente,
I hope you are well.
Log into cloud.uipath.com and then go to Orchestrator tab
and then select the tenant that you want.

NOTE: Please don’t forget to update the service URL into the assistant. To do that, then you need to open the assistan → ‘preferences’ (Top right corner) → click on ‘Orchestrator Settings’ and update the service URL.

Cheers,

Hi Jose, thanks for your response.

That button actually appears on web interface, but I need it to be on the Assistant application, so I can switch between Tentants and execute attended automations from any Tenant way faster than I’m currently able to.

I use “Service URL” as login method as you suggested, but the button doesn’t appear.

It finally worked.

The solution was to include the organization name in the service URL, without the tenant name, otherwise the button wouldn’t appear (I was trying “cloud.uipath.com” or the full URL with tenant name included).
