Switch licenses from a Tenant to another

Hello everyone,

is it possible to migrate some licenses from one Tenant to another? If possible, could you please indicate me the procedure?

Yes it is possible…

Please navigate to admin->tenants required->licenses->edit allocation

You can allocate as many as you want for each tenant from the available pool

Hi @etasca

To switch licenses from one tenant to another in UiPath, you will need to follow these steps:

1. First, log in to your UiPath account and navigate to the “Licenses” page in the UiPath Cloud Platform.
2. On the “Licenses” page, you will see a list of all the licenses that are currently assigned to your tenant. To move a license to a different tenant, click the “Actions” button next to the license, and then select “Move License.”
3. In the “Move License” dialog, you will need to select the target tenant where you want to move the license. You can search for the tenant using the name or tenant ID.
4. After selecting the target tenant, click the “Move” button to complete the process. The license will be transferred to the new tenant, and it will no longer be available in the original tenant.
