Switch activity how to Switch the argument Type (missing in 2018.2 release)

When Trying to use a Switch activity i can only use int32 variables int the cases and the expression.?
Is this going to be reverted so you can choose again?
is there a work around ?

Its 2018.2.3 but I am using a Community Edition. You should as support team for the same.
