Sudden pause during execution

Execution of the workflow will suddenly pause for 2 minutes and then continue.
But I didn’t add any pauses, and I can run it smoothly.
In debug mode, it can be executed step by step.
What’s going on

Thank you for your reply，it will pause before “click” in the next workflow
I put two workflows in a simple sequence and there is no problem. When I put them in the enterprise framework, this problem has appeared.
or when i run this workflow separately, it will not pause
Or I can run coherently in the case of debug single step operation.
Hope to be solved

Yah absolutely
May be your system memory problem
Kindly remove all the temp file from the system or may be restart could help us on this
