Hello UiPath Academy Support,

I completed the “Introduction to Automation” course approximately one month ago, including the Feedback Survey. However, my dashboard still displays “Resume” instead of marking the course as completed, and my diploma has not been generated.

I have verified the course multiple times, used different browsers, cleared cache, logged in again, and waited over a month. My classmates who completed the same course have already received their diplomas.

Could you please check my Academy account and manually sync my course completion or generate my diploma?

Please try with below steps once:

  1. Confirm all lessons, assessments, and feedback surveys are completed.
  2. Log out and log back into Academy.
  3. Check completion status in another browser/incognito mode.
  4. If the issue persists, raise a ticket with UiPath Academy Support and request a manual sync of course completion and diploma generation.
  5. Include your registered email and the course URL in the support request.

There may be a bug on the platform side causing the course to not reflect as completed. I’d recommend reaching out to UiPath Academy support directly, they should be able to investigate and resolve it from their end.
