StudioX Outlook Issue

Has anyone seen this before? I came across this while going through the training. I installed the UiPath.MicrosoftOffice365.Activities (not sure if that was needed), restarted Outlook/Studio and still encountering the issue.

The package You need is UiPath.Mail.Activities. please change and try again.

Thanks. I did check my project and I already have UiPath.Mail.Activities v1.7.2 installed so it doesn’t look like a missing dependency issue :frowning:

I’ve updated the original post with the error message. Is there a log somewhere that might capture that error in full? I’m unsure since it isn’t happening during a robot run.

CTR+L will get you to Studio logs.
Also, we did have some problems with compatibility between StudioX and Office version. Most of them resolved in StudioX 19.12 version, you could try to update. What office version do you use?
If using Office 365 some of the errors resolved doing a repair on the office installation or reinstall.
Also check that the data file name is the same as the name of the account. It is case sensitive.
Please post the entire error if you manage to find it and we will investigate further.
