StudioX - delete duplicate condition

hello,
I running program in StudioX. I got Excel file with 7 columns and 259 rows.
I want to delete duplicate entries based on the values in the column name ‘Soft Code’ in the Excel sheet.
I use activity ‘delete Rows’ and select ‘All Duplicate Rows’. It does not give me an option to select the column name.
What activity should I use to specify the column name ‘Soft Code’ to delete duplicate entries ?
