Studio X installs when installing UiPath Studio

UiPath Studio suddenly turned into Studio X, I deleted it and reinstalled it, but it left me no choice but to use Studio X. What is the reason of this?

Might be you have used Pro trail edition right. Due to it expiry the studio was turned to studio X.

After expiry of Pro trail edition your license will automatically downgrade from enterprise to citizen license. The citizen developer contains only studio X.

  1. Go to UiPath studio-> settings → license and management → profiles → check if you can select studio there
  2. If 1 fails then first check the license type in orchestrator admin page…if it says community you need to assign license in orchestrator if it says free that means you can access only studiox
  3. If free you have 2 options either create a new account using different mail if in commmunity and connect to that or delete this organization in admin pge and recreate again as new in community

Then your Pro Trail edition is Expired right… @tolgademir

In this case, you have to change the organization name in your profile. After you installed the Studio after that you are logging in, it will ask for organization name change the organization name then it will give the access to UiPath Studio.

Note :
→ After you changed the Organization name you are able to access UiPath Studio but you can’t again use the Trail Pro edition.
→ When you change the Organization name, the Orchestrator also looks new your old processes, queues, assets and all will be vanished it looks like new.

Or

You have to create a new Account with the new mail ID then you will directly logged into Community edition and you will get the Free Pro trail again. Here also the new Orchestrator will appear.

If 1 does not work as mentioned you either need to create with new email or delete organization and recreate in cloud
