-in your case instead of ProjectFolder just select the folder where your files are saved
-in Sheet1!I3 i saved an excel formula : =today() (the condition in this IF is made using the Condition Builder)
-then after you add the first IF just press the + and type in the search bar : try open file as excel and will automatically add the second IF and the excel card.
-inside the excel card just continue your automation
