can you check if your studio web is activated?
Go to Admin → Settings → Advanced → Studio Web

Hi,

If your plan is Enterprise (including MVP benefit), we cannot use StudioWeb because it’s still public-preview version and can be used in only Community or Free plan etc.
Can you check Admin-License in AutomationCloud?
