Studio Standalone License End Date Is Not Updated Accordingly After Successfull Activation

The customer doesn‘t see the updated expiry date after the license activation.

Issue:

Studio standalone license end date is not updated accordingly after successful activation.

Used UiPath.LicenseTool.exe to deactivate and activate the license again, but the end date of the license is not updated.

Resolution:

  1. Deactivate license via command: UiPath.LicenseTool.exe deactivate

  2. Delete the LicenseInternal folder located either in %AppData%/UiPath (for per-user licenses) or %ProgramData%/UiPath (for per-machine licenses)

  3. Activate license via command: UiPath.LicenseTool.exe -l <license-key>

  4. Check license information via command: UiPath.LicenseTool.exe info
