Studio Error msg "The license already in used"

Hi there
I got a question about studio and orchestrator. I got a machine that just activated license today. Before connect it to orchestrator I can run any jobs and xmal file from studio without problems. BUT once I connect it to Orchestrator, I can’t start jobs from studio and shows error message “the license already in use” . And in orchestrator–robot, it shows “unlicensed” instead of “aquired on XXX date”

Any update for the above mentioned error?. Am also receiving the same error.

Seems like the username of robot has to be unique.

Yes. Otherwise you may run unlimited attended with one license.
