Studio closed due to critical internal error

Hi Team,

We are facing some issue with UiPath Studio in development server.

While scrolling/debugging/running the code Studio hangs and stops, indicating the message “Studio closed the active project due to critical internal error please try re-opening the studio”. But when we try re-opening the studio again the same thing happens. It is frequently happening from yesterday.

Please let me know if anyone knows how to resolve it.

NOTE : We have tried restarted the studio, using task manager killed any active sessions, tried deleting .local folder, deleted cache files.

Check Studio logs and Windows Event Viewer for the actual exception.

This looks like a Studio environment corruption issue, you may give a try on the below.

Go to:
Studio → Settings → Design → Disable Hardware Acceleration
Restart Studio

Please restart the UiPath studio or the system once.
