hello,
we have setup like we have 4 admin accounts on remote server and we are runing bots on each admin account as we have 4 named user licenses.
Recently security team connected with us and changed the names of all admin accounts and after that when we tried to open studio , it was asking license again as admin account name is changed.
so due to this reason we have asked them to again revert all changes and now automations are running and studio also opening with license.
but securty need neeeds to do this implementation (name change for admin account) in future.may be after 3/4 months and our licenses are expired i next jan 2027.
can UiPath team will help us to chnage license current named users to new named user from UiPath end? if yes then can you provide me me link where i can raise ticket?
or any other possible solution then suggest me.
help me to resolve this.
