Struggling with checking Dynamic Selector exists then storing it in Excel

Need to do the following:

Navigate to URL then check if text exist. Then Get the text after the text and write it to an excel spreadsheet.

I’m getting the error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance

the get text activity returning null thats why its throwing null exception instead of get text use get attribute activity and you can select aaname from the panel
