Structuring the Taxonomy manager for Passports

Hi There,

I’m new to document understanding, have done the training but have a question about how to structure my documents.

I need to extract fields from Passports including UK, Spanish and Italian Passports.

For each type of passport I need to extract different fields, some of which are unique based on the country.

Should I therefore be adding each passport as a unique document type and define the fields I need to extract?

Yes, It is better to use different document type for all different passports. Because passports are belongs to different countries.
