How to Convert a structured Text file to Excel Database ( Transposed)?

Example :

Item A
Data1A
Data2A
Data3A
Item B
Data1B
Data2B
Data3B
Item C
Data1C
Data2C
Data3C

Want to have at the Output ,the following:

Item A Item B Item C
Data1 A Data1B Data1 C
Data2 A Data2B Data2 C
Data3 A Data3B Data3 C

Note : I used to do such activity using “Relative Reference” functionality in excel
