Store value in local variable

Hi Guys,

I need help. i want to integrate my RPA with service desk of manage engine. Please tell me when my robot is start working on a ticket i want to store that tcket value in a variable and when that ticket task will be done the an api will be called to close that ticket but i want that ticket number will come in api through variable not hard coded. if anybody know which activities i have to use to perform this task then please help me.
