I think it would be a very useful feature, if the Orchestrator-UI for managing the storage buckets could display some additional information.
For example, the date of the last upload, name of the responsible process/user, and whether the change came from a process or was performed by a user using the Orchestrator-UI.
Indeed these columns would be very useful to track the file uploads, currently its definitely problematic to even verify whether the file got updated or not.
