Stop Template Being Overwritten

When following the examples in the course I have noticed that the template we are using is being overwritten so, if I want to make some amendments I have to delete the template and save another one.

Is there a way to stop the template from being overwritten? Traditionally, templates are designed to stay the same, it’s only the newly saved file that contains the additional information in it.

Hi @preston-churchil.curtis - this is actually part of the second week and the final excecise of the first block.
There the tempalte is copied away and renamed per eachperson who needs a CV.
