Steps to enable AI Centre in Enterprise version

Hi in my company we have Uipath enterprise but we do not know all the steps for enabling AI Centre.
Would you help me with the correct steps for Enterprise version? I have checked youtube videos but they are based in the community edition version.

Do we need to go to the cloud?, what url? and what email do we need to use company’s email, uipath admins email?

I do not know I am new on this.
