Stayed a few months away from UI path, bots do not work anymore!

I had created some bots that were working perfectly well when I last tested them.

Now I wanted to make some modifications, but I discovered they are not working anymore.

It seems several CLICK actions broke down.

In fact, I could swear last time I worked with UiPath, when I clicked to Edit Selector of a Click Action, I would have that nice screen where I could VALIDATE, REPAIR or INDICATE ELEMENT.

Now, all I get is “expression editor” with a textbox to type code.

Did something change in relation to Click Action in the last 3-4 months?

There were new versions released with improvisations and features.

But there is no change related to CLICK activity. If you click to edit selector in the properties panel, it opens in text editor.

Please click on the activity in the workflow to get the options VALIDATE or INDICATE ELEMENT.

You can also use UIExplorer to validate, repair and indicate element to set the right selector.

Yeah, it shouldn’t be doing this, unless your selector is broken. Nothing has changed with how the Selector Editor versus Expression Editor shows up, as far I can tell.
