Good afternoon, I am reviewing questions to prepare for the certification exam, and I have come across a document called SOW that I had never heard of before.
The exact question of the questionnaire is:
In the UiPath implementation model, at which stage is the Statement of Work (SOW) reviewed?
And the options provided are:
-Kickoff
-Process Analysis
-Solution Document Review
-User Acceptance Testing
In the test I have checked the last option, but the result is failed.
Searching the internet I found something about it in UiPath Procurement Terms & Conditions, what it says is that it is a document between UiPath and the vendor.
The result is that after a long time I cannot find a convincing answer.
At what stage is this document reviewed?
Does anyone know something about this and can help me?
Thanks to everyone beforehand.
The review of a Statement of Work (SOW) typically occurs during the Solution Document Review stage.
The Solution Document Review stage in UiPath’s implementation model often involves a comprehensive review of all project-related documentation, including the SOW. This phase is where the proposed solution, project plan, requirements, and associated documents are thoroughly examined and validated.
The Statement of Work (SOW) is a crucial document that outlines the project scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and other essential details agreed upon between UiPath (or the client) and the vendor or implementation partner. Reviewing the SOW during the Solution Document Review ensures alignment between the proposed solution, project objectives, and the contractual agreement defined in the SOW.
