Each year, UiPath Community surveys automation professionals to understand how they feel about their careers, how they’re adapting and adopting new technologies, and how they experience automation within their organizations. It turns out that automation professionals continue to be confident, adaptable, and optimistic about their futures. They’re also working hard to keep pace with rapid innovation by actively building new skills.
This year, our focus has turned to agentic automation. Interest and optimism are widespread, with three in four respondents reporting they are using or experimenting with agentic automation. 90% believe agentic automation has high potential for growth over the next three years. Automation professionals have a pivotal role in this transformation. Rather than being disrupted by AI, they are adopting and integrating it into their work.
Developers are increasingly eager to deepen their expertise in Agent Builder in UiPath Studio and UiPath Maestro™. This emphasizes the appetite for cloud native orchestration, the ability to turn unstructured data into automation-ready insights, and a preference for a drag-and-drop canvas.
