Starting jobs for TestAutomation processes is not supported through the standard jobs APIs. (#1697)

Hi,

I published a test automation project to orchestrator and did all setup but now when I try to create a job I get this error “Starting jobs for TestAutomation processes is not supported through the standard jobs APIs. (#1697)” also I don’t see the play button in processes against this entry. I searched forum for any solutions but couldn’t find any. Anybody have faced similar issue before? Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,
I have the same problem, any update?

Thanks.

I had this problem too. Turned out I had wrong settings in the Orchestrator. It was solved by setting up my account, machine and licenses correctly. Then connecting the user and machine to the right folder. When running a process, both the account and machine need to be filled in.
