Hello,
I am learning about the orchestrator, learning how to start jobs with it.
I have encountered a problem with starting jobs.
I have started them and they constantly get at pending state until I kill them. I have searched for a similar answer and also changed the username\domain values in the robot edit.
still, it remains in the pending state. please help me.
Have you assigned the free robot in the environment?
yes I did. please have a look at the screenshots that I have sent
I am unable to find the robot system tray. what do I do?
type uirobot in start bar and search
sure. i will
for that in your machine @Srikavya_n
go to START - > search as UIPATH ROBOT and click on it
–where mention the url
like when you click on tenant link in service tab in orchestrator we will be getting a new tab with a url, that url must be mentioned
and mention the machine key…
and connect
the process will run
Cheers @Srikavya_n
@Palaniyappan… I didn’t know where can I find this START PROCESS. please let me know where can I find it
Sorry buddy
That’s just Start (window button) not start process
My mobile took that from dictionary automatically
Cheers @Srikavya_n
@vishal.kp thankyou. the screenshots helped a lot.
@Palaniyappan . i am a host in orchestrator . so how can i find the url that needs to be mentioned in the robot settings?
So you can directly get the url of the orchestrator home page
And mention that in robot tray
Cheers @Srikavya_n
if I give the direct Url of the dashboard of my own orchestrator service. i get an error stating - " EMPTY API KEYS"
Kindly mention as per this blog from your orchestrator tenant home page
(That is when clicking on the tenant link we can get the url we want)
Cheers @Srikavya_n
Thankyou. It has been solved.
