Start to read range from a dynamic cell

Hello!

I am trying hard to find a way for my sequence to read data from an Excel file starting from a cell that is not always in the same position. The data array is always positioned starting in the same column (B) but not starting in the same row (in this screen shot the data start from B36 but in a new Excel export I may end up having a starting cell B31 for instance). I can use the “CoCd” as reference starting point for my Read Range, but not the values in the table, as they can change every time.
