SSL Error while configuring the robot

I successfully configured Orchestrator (on separate VM) within corporate network.

In order to support SSL, I created self-signed certificate, added it to IIS and configured the Orchestrator to work with this certificate.

I can login to web-interface of the orchestrator (with certificate warning unless we add Orchestrator URL to trusted sites, in this case there is no warning). I also imported this certificate into Robot VM into Trusted Root Certification Authorities.

But when we are trying to configure robot (on separate VM within the same subnet), I get following error: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

The error:

Hi @nomagram
Is your orchestrator url start: http ?? Or https ??

https of course. I think you can not even start it with http.

Hi,Did you solved this problem? I also encountered this problem

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Did anyone manage to resolve this issue ?
Thanks

Hi-
Follow the step carefully as mentioned here.

I was able to fix this issue by removing an old, expired certificate and adding a new one (Start > Search for “manage user certificates” > navigate to Trusted Root Certificate Authorities folder > Certificates > Make sure that UiPath certificate is not expired. My IT dept provided me with the new certificate, which I manually Installed in the local machine to that folder
