SQL Based query for two tables

In this master data is 1st excel and Timesheet is the 2nd excel so my required data is the number of active employees in master excel who does not have a timesheet
Second requirement is No of emp having timesheet either not active nor present in master sheet

Please do help me queries. Thanks in Advance. Happy Automating
