Spaces in Outlook Email Body Message with Links

I would like to have spaces in my email body message but also have a link in the message.

I have checked IsBodyHTML because of the html link.

This is what I want it to look like. How should I add the spaces?

“Dear ABC,
/space/
Please update here by tomorrow.
/space/
Thank you.”
