It seems capture keyboard shortcut functionality is missing and the only option is to select from provided which is missing option for Space key bar. Why so many issues are there in every release as it was so cool to capture any keyboard shortcut as needed. Why even no one check even so simple use cases?

Thank you for sharing your concerns, we appreciate you pointing this out.
The Record shortcut functionality was missing due to some limitations in the new design. However, we’re actively working to bring it back in the updated version of the Keyboard Shortcuts activity, which will be included in the next UIAutomation package patch, expected in January 2026. This will restore the ability to capture any keyboard shortcut, including the Space key.

We were planning to release this week a UIAutomation package with the Record shortcut functionality added to the new Keyboard Shortcuts activity design. However, we’ve had to postpone the release to next week.
I’ll update you here as soon as the package becomes available.
