Some machine is not available

Hello.

there are A-20170021-A and A-20170021-B different types of machine keys.

but I don’t exactly know why (machine A-20170021) is not available.

Hello @rudgns99

Please make sure you have allocated the license to the particular machine which is in unavailable state.

Also you can go to machine and compare the machine in available and unavailable state and modify the configuration to align both.

Two things you need to validate

1. As @Rahul_Unnikrishnan said check license are allocated or not
2. Check you have login that machine with correct username.
