Solution for data in pdf files

Good afternoon, I have a question and I would like to know if anyone can help me. I tried hard to resolve, however, nothing so far.

All messes together my accounts in a single folder and make payments, I would like to use UiPath to get the payment code, maturity and amount and put it in an Excel file.

I have already managed to read the .pdf files and save them in an excel file, but each PDF has a different format, size, positioning. Is there any way I can get the data I need regardless of where it is positioned within the pdf? Since these data will be different in written form (such as payment date and amount)
