SOAP web service call

I’m trying to call a SOAP web service from App integration /SOAP Request activity from community edition. But I’m getting error : exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation uipath.
Here I’m trying not to pass any value. Actually the parameters are also not correctly loaded here.
