SOAP Request Issue

I have tried to invoke get the details for the standard WSDL (http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx?wsdl) but cannot seem to get it working.

I was able to get details for https://graphical.weather.gov/xml/SOAP_server/ndfdXMLserver.php?wsdl but when I try to invoke a request I get an error: “Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.”

I can invoke the same request in SoapUI successfully.

Other services I cannot even get details back into the SOAP Request Wizard.

Any help would be appreciated.
