Hello

A snippet is XAML which is placed into a designated ‘Snippets folder’. Sharing a snippet is the same as sharing a XAML.

When I use a newly snippet in my code does it becomes part of package?

The snippet is inserted into your project ‘as is’ and becomes part of package/project.
