Pls guide why this error is coming. I am using web outlook 365.
This generally occurs if the sender mail is not correct or the domain is blacklisted …oe if there are any firewall blocks
You need to check with your it team for the specific sender you are using
Thank you for reply but every day it send mail but some days it shows this error.What to do?
Try using a retry scope around it to retry with a delay and check if it works…
And is the mail id same on all days? If yes then when it is failing your network team can check the logs ehy it is failing …depending on that we can check for a resolution
