SMTP Mail Message Activity Error

Hello All,

I am using SMTP mail activity and received the following error message.

4.3.2 Service not available
I tried looking for this in Forum but haven’t found any of similar kind.
Could you please suggest me what was the issue and how to reslove it.

the email account you are using, does it have 2-step authentication?

I am not using any account. I am using my organization server and some dummy Email ID like RPABOT@xxx.com.

By the way it worked since yesterday. It’s not working since today morning

It is resolved. The Server ID is changed. We have not been notified. Once I updated the Server It started working again.
