SmartSheet Activities - Error 202 Not Authorized

Hello,

We have been using the SmartSheet Activities on a number of projects to update data within a sheet. The current project that we are working on needs to update a picklist within the column properties. The activity is within a SmartSheet Application Scope and we are passing in the token the same way we do on the other projects that work successfully. However, when we try to Update Sheet we get the error below. I have confirmed that the token is for an account that is fully licensed, so we should be able to make the changes to the column properties.

Does anyone have any insight as to why we would run into an authorization issue on this type of activity when others perform successfully?

Thank you,

I realized the issue with this is that only OWNER permissions can update the Sheet Name and our user is set to ADMIN access.
