Smartcard error

I have enabled the Smartcard authentication in the web.config on the Orchestrator server, clicked on "The password represents a SmartCard Pin " and I enabled console login. However, when I try to start a job the following error is shown: “Could not start executor. The requested certificate could not be received. (Exception HRESULT: 0x8010002D)”
Eventviewer: StartProcessInSession:session.cpp@255: Unable to validate credentials: error: 2148532269

It would also be helpful to get more technical information about how the Smartcard authentication works with UiPath, so I can share it with our system engineers.

Thanks, in the meantime I did but unfortunately it seems to not work with custom smartcard solutions.
