Slow Execution Of UiPath Workflow And UiPath Assistant Displays Blank Screen

Why is the UiPath workflow slow and why does Assistant display a blank screen during the execution?

Issue Description: UiPath workflow has a slow execution and UiPath Assistant displays a blank screen on the production machine.

Encountering a blank screen in UiPath Assistant or the application hangs and also there is a slow workflow execution in UiPath Studio.


Workaround #1:

  • Restart the machine
  • Reinstall UiPath Studio and Assistant
  • Clear the UiPath cache, and Windows cache (temp folder)
  • Disable and/or uninstall (if possible) the antivirus
  • Disable the firewall
  • Set all UiPath processes priority to High in Task Manager.

Workaround #2:

  • The issue is due to the Intel graphics driver as mentioned on the Intel website, since it impacts all the WPF applications, such as UiPath Studio.
  • Upgrade the drivers.
