Skype automation in HD server with multiple sessions creating problems

I have an automation in an unattended HD server that utilizes Skype to send IMs. I frequently RDP in as the Bot user to check on the automation and (sometimes) get errors in Skype. They are classified as selector issues, but the selectors are there when I put it in Dev.

could having two sessions open confuse skype/Lync and therefore impact the bot? Anyone have experience with Skype for Business/Lync 2013 and seen this issue?

Side question, when I RDP in and ‘watch’ the bot, is the bot actually attaching to my RDP session?
