Skipping the part where there is predefined text

Hi,
Need help on below scenario :

I have this two below condition where if its “There are no documents.” text is there i will have to skip that part but if there something other than the text above mention it will do the process of downloading.

Below is what i did but its not correct as using Get Text is not a good idea i think, but i don’t want to use image exist.

Hi
Try with element exists if we are able to select that term as individual element
where that boolean can be used to validate in a IF condition
if true goes to THEN part where we can leave it empty with no activities
or if false it will go to ELSE part were we can download the file with click activity
